To safeguard security and efficiency, we automatically delete any account that has been inactive for 365 consecutive days.
What this means for you:
- If a user has had at least one conversation within the past 365 days, their data remains active until the most recent conversation exceeds the 365-day limit.
- If a user has not interacted with the platform for more than 365 days, their account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
- Regular users stay active, but accounts inactive for more than 365 days are automatically removed.
This policy is intended to keep the platform secure and efficient. Please interact with the platform regularly to keep your account active. If you have any questions, contact our support team. Thank you for your support as a valued user.

- Billing errors: duplicate charges / incorrect charge amount / unauthorized transactions.
- Legal requirements: as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
7.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following are expressly non-refundable:
- Partial or unused subscription periods after cancellation
- Plan downgrades
- Unavailability during maintenance
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service
- Failure to cancel before renewal

14. Dispute Resolution
Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through the arbitration procedure described below; except for arbitration carve-outs, small claims, and similar matters, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you consent to and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. Arbitration is seated in Hong Kong and administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its Administered Arbitration Rules (see Section 14.1).

Initial dispute resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, we encourage users to contact us directly to resolve disputes informally. We will use good-faith efforts through direct communication to resolve any issue within 30 days of receiving notice.
Formal arbitration requirement: If informal resolution fails, all disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration:

17.4 Consumer Protection Compliance
This Agreement complies with the applicable consumer protection laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Given that the Service is offered to users in multiple countries and regions, this Agreement also complies with the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or region; where this Agreement conflicts with such mandatory legal provisions, those provisions prevail to the extent required by law.
17.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China (without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles). Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
17.6 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms is handled under the procedure set out in Section 14 (Dispute Resolution) — i.e., governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, with good-faith negotiation first and, failing that, arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC); relevant jurisdiction and exceptions are set out in Section 14.
